CREATING YOU FROM THE INSIDE OUT

Sunday May 21, 2023. 1pm to 3:30pm. 26 Split Rock Cove, South Thomaston, ME.

In this workshop participants are invited on a journey of insight, growth, inspiration and change. Using the tools of creativity, meditation and therapeutic yoga participants will be guided on a journey of internal exploration. This process helps to transcend who you thought you were, and can be used as a vehicle for deep inward exploration as well an alternate form of moving meditation. As participants learn to trust their inner compass, the process helps them to become fully present in their body as well as their life. The result is peeling away layers of self that are no longer supportive and showing up in life authentically not only for others, but for ones self as well. No experience with creating, meditation or yoga necessary.  Please wear old clothes and bring a journal/sketchbook and something to write with.  All other materials will be provided.  $80.00.
